Especially in Kenya this is a very big problem, the government has failed to curb this vice.

CORRUPTION (MINISTRY OF AGRICULTURE)
It means corruption is every sector, we are now talking of ministry of agriculture in buying of maize.
My big question is when are we going to stop this vice which is destroying our country.
