It was Kiambu county, then Nairobi county the next is kitui county. It has also misappropriated tax payers money.
This proves that most counties have misused tax payers money.
If all the 47 counties have done this, then we as a country we are at a risk because most of the money is in pockets of these people.
So they should be given tough punishment since they are thieves.
